Efiling for an original 2022 return is closed but not for an amended. However, you must have used our software for the original to file the amended. I think either the program doesn't realize you have an amended return or you didn't use our services for 2022.
If you did file with us and are doing an amended return and it is still not wanting to process, you will need to contact support.
