Yes, I did read that note and I have read the instructions.
When going to the Filing step, I get “E-filing is closed for the season, you can file by mail. You can still file this return, but you’ll need to walk through printing and filing by mail. TurboTax e-filing closed for the tax season on October 16, 2023.”
I can then proceed through the e-filing process as if I never got that message. I get all the way through to the transmit return step and it says that more information is needed. I then get a page to “Correct Your Signature Date … Your signature date must be on or after 01/01/2023 through 12/31/2023.” I’ve tried to change the date and post date it tom12/31/2023 but it didn’t work either.
