OK I admit, I am making an assumption/observation
If you can't e-File 2023 returns, that means the 1040-x e-file season ( last season) is still over.
Note: TurboTax user interface (user friendliness) is not the greatest.
Note: Many answers here posted by users marked EXPERT are just wrong.
