State tax filing
Neither MO nor GA tax non-resident remote workers who never physically work within their borders.
That is why your employers did not withhold taxes for those two states. You have no tax obligation to either state.
You need file only your home state MIchigan return. Your work incomes are 100% taxable by your resident state of Michigan, and not by any other state.
In the Personal Info section of TT, answer NO to the question about having income from other states.
**Answers are correct to the best of my ability but do not constitute tax or legal advice.
