How do I get the $2000 tax credit for my new heat pumps? https://www.energystar.gov/about/federal_tax_credits/air_source_heat_pumps

I installed new heat pumps and should be able to get the $2000 tax credit for 2023. I put all of my information into Turbo Tax, but it never would give me the credit.
