I filed my state tax return (GA) for tax year 2022 in early 2023. The state notified me that they needed some additional information late in 2023. I submitted the information and my tax refund was processed and received in early 2024. In preparing my 2023 taxes, do I report this as income from tax year 2023 or wait and report it in tax year 2024?
