Is there a known problem with the 2023 Oregon kicker credit calculation?
TurboTax shows I have a credit, then asks me if I want to donate the entire amount (instructions are wrong, saying answer "no" if you do). I don't want to donate, but the credit isn't applied to my tax bill.
