I am a resident on of Georgia. I transferred with my job to a NY site temporarily. During that time I stayed with a relative. I used their address for my W-4 when transferring. If I liked it, I would have asked to stay at that location. I didn't, after 102 I went back home and transferred back to my GA site. When filing, am I non-resident of NY or a Part-time resident? TurboTax only allows for you to enter the date you moved to or from a state, but in this case I temporarily went to a state, and came back in 102 days.
