I have Box 14 with two items: SDI and PFL. Can I enter these into "Enter Insurance and Benefits Surcharge: Enter any health insurance and welfare benefit fund surcharge that your employer deducted in 2022"?
I also have Box 12a: DD 6657.60. Is this amount needs to be entered in above mentioned field?
