State tax filing
The Hawaii Form N-288A is not income an income tax form, so it is not supported by TurboTax. You will need to file these forms by mail and here are links to do this:
The first link N-288 is a cover page with detailed instructions, this is where you will summarize the totals from the N-288A (second link.) You will need to complete an N-288A for each person.

To file a nonresident Hawaii state return in TurboTax you will need to enter the Federal information first and TurboTax will carry information over to the State. There is no direct entry into the State return except for adjustments.
You can add Hawaii in the State section of TurboTax and make is a nonresident state.
