I have to amend my state tax return for NC and IL. I submitted my taxes originally online, but I understand that I need to download Turbotax to submit an amended state return. I downloaded my tax file and Turbotax. The system then prompts me to select my state - the first being free the second is $44.99. When I select my second state and hit continue, the software takes me to the intuit Sign In page. After signing in the software then asks me to confirm my states by selecting the Continue button. The tab moves focus to the Billing tab then goes completely blank with only a red "x" at the top right hand corner of the page. Once I "x" out the process takes me through the exact same steps in a never ending loop. If I try to process only one state I also get the same result. It's a never ending loop that I can't break. I did load all patches after downloading the software and I am at a loss as to what steps to take next. I installed on a second computer and experience the same issue. Please help....
