Not only was I unable to e-file a state return, but when I sent turbotax a request to refund me the state portion of my purchase, I received an email back that my request was denied because my state return was successfully filed. That is a lie. These people are real crooks. Has anyone received a refund for the state portion of their purchase because they were unable to to e-file state?
