I filed AZ state taxes and only had a $25 refund. I decided to donate the refund and selected an organization from the choices in TurboTax 2022 desktop before I e-filed. This resulted in a $0 refund. The state of Arizona just sent a tax correction notice saying that I made an error by saying there was a $0 balance and that instead the state owes me $25. I want the refund donated, but they apparently got no notice from TurboTax that I elected this donation. What happened? Why didn't they get the information from TT? I paid for the e-file for a reason, so I didn't have to deal with this paperwork.
