As I mentioned, I was not able to e-file state return because of the glitch in turbotax and I was still charged $25. Turbotax customer support e-mailed me a link for request of refund. I filed a refund request for the $25 which was charged directly by turbotax. I filed another refund request for the state tax portion of the turbotax program which was purchased at Target. I was not sure what amount to enter for the refund request of the state portion, so I entered the total price of the turbotax program and hopefully they will send me the amount of the refund that I have coming to me.
