I talked with Turbotax customer suport and they were unable to resolve the problem. The agent advised me to try and e-file through the Ohio State Tax Site. I asked him if could walk me through it and he said that he was not allowed to. I ended up mailing the State Tax return. Does anyone know how I can contact the 3rd party sites that review the tax software so that I can notify them of this major gliche for their reviews?
