I received an email today that said; We’re reaching out because some of our TurboTax Desktop customers who’ve successfully filed their tax returns are seeing a message in-product that says their e-file isn’t complete. This message is popping up due to an issue in our desktop product that we’re actively working to fix. Maybe that's why turbotax is not recognizing that federal taxes were filed and thus unable to file state. What a tremendous embarrassment for turbotax. If turbotax can't figure out something so basic as e-filing, who knows what other kinds of mistakes are in the solftware.
