Non resident of CT working in CT cannot get CT paid family leave benefit. But payroll tax just deduct this tax.
Is there a way for non resident of CT to not pay CT paid family leave tax?
Someone in another post suggested to ask payroll department to not deduct this, but without any official publication confirming this, payroll won't do anything.
