After I submitted electronically my 2022 State Hawaii tax returns via the Premier version and at the same time submitted payment towards the tax I owed, TurboTax prompted me to print and mail in the N-200V payment voucher. I paid the convenience fee to make the payment online. Is it necessary to mail in the voucher? Does not make sense if I already paid the tax that is due. Hope someone can provide me with guidance.
