State tax filing

Hi Lena, I noticed on the forums that you advised some other Turbotax users on this topic last year.  Wanted to get your advice and help.  

Hi, am having issue with resident credit calculation in IT-112-R.  Am resident of NY and worked in NJ. 

NJ state tax withholding (as per my W2) was $6623, Turbotax calculated that $5138 is tax due, so there is a NJ refund of $1435 (6623 less 5138).

However, when am reviewing the NY return, the following error keeps coming up.  It’s the NY resident credit that Turbotax calculated ($5401).  Error says:
