3. I thought I stated same thing about tax credit. My home state is 6%, NY is 8%, CA, about the same. So, I will get only 6% credit.
4. I don't think working for less than a week in another state should obligate me to file a tax return.
5. I don't think Turbo Tax should charge $45 per state return when the whole Home and Biz package with one free state costs $80. TT finishes the state returns in ten minutes or less. And who would want to transfer that info manually thru extra states' website?
