State tax filing
If your NJ tax return was accepted on 4/1/23, that was just a couple of days ago and the date that you requested them to debit your account is today. You should not print and file another tax return because it may create a problem submitting a duplicate tax return.
The New Jersey Division of Taxation states that “Electronic returns typically take a minimum of 4 weeks to process”. They may not make the debit until your tax return is processed. If you would like to contact the NJ Division regarding your e-filed tax return, contact them at 609-292-9292 and select the option for "electronic filing and payment services."
