If you printed the state return, TurboTax counts that as printed to mail return and that shows up as already been filed.
Let's try a workaround to see if we can get the state back for you to work on.
Please follow the steps below.
- In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
- Select Tax Home in the left menu.
- Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
- Select 2022
- Select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this opens the return back up)
