No, we can't see your return in this forum.
Unless we can duplicate your situation in a test return, it's difficult to determine the cause of your problem unless someone else has the same issue. In my test return, the screen asking 'how do you want your Arizona refund' comes up after entering driver's license info.
Are you able to enter Direct Deposit info in Forms mode on the Arizona/California Information Worksheets?
You could try reaching out to TurboTax Support, where they can get into your return. Otherwise I would suggest deleting your state returns, and stepping through the interviews again. You don't have to pay again, since you already have the states downloaded.
With TTD, you get one free state. Each additional state would cost $45, and it would be $25 for each state Efile.
When you pay tax in a Non-Resident State, your Resident State gives you credit for that, so you are not double-taxed. Make sure you indicated in the MY INFO section that you 'earned income in other states'.
