My daughter has lived in Colorado since 2016 and owns a home there with her partner. She started a one year post-doctoral position in California in Sept 2022 and is renting a home there. Her partner remains in their home in Colorado. She will return to Colorado at the end of the post-doctoral position in Sept 2023.
- Should she enter "Colorado" as her "State of Residence" since she will move back there after one year? Or should she enter "California" since she has been renting there for 3 months?
- Should she answer "yes" or "no" to the question about living in another state in 2022?
