The issue is that it looks like LAST YEAR the taxes were filed using the wrong NJ-10 digit number (which was the wrong one) so not sure how i would change that or amend that. It seems like that is why it is not letting me file bc it is under a different ID number. I will try the cache thing first but right now it is not letting me file anything I jsut wrote to NJ and we will see what they say since they ONLY accept e-files.
