I'm having exactly the same issue. I filed my Federal Taxes and when I started to file State Taxes (I need to file PA, VA and DE) I didn't have any issues with DE and VA filing but got this error message with PA. I tried to change my name on the PA but it didn't work. I already paid to e-file for 3 states and if I'm not able to e-file then how can I get a refund?
