Thank you for your help. I followed the instructions as follows:
1) Extract the TTStateCleanup.zip file and save to my desktop.
- Download the TTStateCleanup.zip file and save it to my desktop or other easy-to-find location
- Double-click to open the zip folder
- Extract the contents of the folder to my desktop and open the extracted folder
- Right-click the downloaded file (TTCleanStates.exe) and select Run as Administrator
- Select your version (Personal or Business). At this step, it does NOT show any versions to select and it STOPS working!!! The software does NOT load the Virginia State return. The CD/download I bought is a DEFECTIVE product.
