I managed to easily print and mail the forms without a problem. In fact TurboTax's only option for NJ is to mail both forms NJ-1040 and NJ-1040NR, so you don't risk submitting the resident form NJ-1040 electronically by mistake. Instructions are very clear. I also mailed my W-2's, 1099-XYZ, etc. forms along with my NJ returns. They were delivered on Monday, expectedly not yet processed.
