State tax filing

Its been a week since I made my 2nd post about my MN state return being rejected and TT not being able to tell me what the cause of that rejection is.  In that post a week ago I suggested that a TT agent reply to this string to tell all of us what the specific cause is, when they will have it fixed, and confirm we will each get our state online filing fee refunded.  No reply yet.

Also every time I log in to read the latest posts in this string I get emails from TT celebrating the badges, etc I have earned.  Wondering if I can trade in all those badges, points, kudos, etc for a call (not an email, text or online chat) from a knowledgeable, English speaking, continental US based TT agent to discuss the issue that we are all having with state tax returns not being accepted and TT system not telling us what the cause is?
