Related to the print issue for the AL state return, I was able to download/save the return, but it has "DO NOT MAIL/E-FILE ONLY" watermarked/superimposed all over each page of the return. I am not able to use the 40-ES vouchers for estimated payments because of this. Why is it doing this. Never had this issue in previous years. The pages printed out cleanly.
