Go back to the help article link and read after you click on the option to indicate that you have the download/CD version of the program. The info you need is right there. It's best to follow the links further and not call the first number you see - unless you just want to be bounced around for hours. The help article is plenty helpful but you do need to click on the link for the product you have first to get the additional information.
