I have e-filed my Federal return AND already received my refund. When I log on to file my State return, the program tells me that I have NOT e-filed my Federal return. If I try to e-file again then the message is that I am making a duplicate filing. The problem is that I cannot file my State return because the program does not recognize that I have already filed my Federal return.
I have updated the program and still no go. Anyone know a solution.
Tried the Turbotax phone number but keep getting disconnected -- not much help there.
