You may have missed answering a question throughout the interview to complete your state return. You need to proceed through the whole process to the review then let the software proceed to the filing screen.
To do this in TurboTax Online you can follow these steps:
- Within your tax return click on State Taxes in the black menu bar on the left
- Click Start State Taxes and Edit for your state you need to review
- Verify and Continue through all the questions until you get the green check mark on the Smart Check Results screen
- Continue through so you can file your return

**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"
