Yes you will use Massachusetts Paid Family and Medical Leave for both. The amounts in Box 14 (on the W-2) reflect the employee's year-end PFML contributions, not the employer’s. Contributions are calculated based on the eligible wages that an employee earned up to the Social Security income limit.
