More than likely, an interview questions may have been asked during the step-by-step process that initiated the $0 entered into schedule 1.
As for the CA entry, since you clicked no, it won't be able to issue a form related to the credit recapture.
As a review you can check all entries of your return by reviewing the tax summary in TurboTax Online by following these steps:
- Click Tax Tools
- Click Tools
- Click View my tax summary
- Toggle between summaries by clicking Fed Tax Summary or CA Tax Summary
