After submitting my state and federal tax returns I have received emails stating they have been accepted but the status for desktop turbotax still states the status as pending.

This has been true for several days. Is this a bug in turbotax desktop?  I've checked the IRS site referenced in the email and the return has been "received" but is the "process" of being approved.  The state site also identifies it has received the return.
