No, the data entered from the California State return will not reflect on the Federal Return's Schedule 1. I've run a few scenarios as a dummy return, and it appears the amount is showing up on the schedule 1 from the MCTR credit. At this point, the form should be entered on the federal return, but the IRS has not made the income taxable at this point. This is why the amount is showing up as $0.
