When you look at TY22 filing requirements OK state, scroll down a little you can determine if you need to file an OK return. The question is:
If you don’t live in Oklahoma: Does your gross income generated from Oklahoma meet or exceed $1,000?
The key word here is gross. If your rental income in OK is $1,000 or more, you need to file a return. Your net may be a loss, you will still file due to the gross amount.
