I'm not sure why the subtotals don't seem to be populating correctly. However, the Two Income Married Couple Subtraction Worksheet is not a schedule that will be included with your tax return filing. So, if the totals that flow to form 502 are correct, then your return will be completed properly as far a those matters are concerned.
