State tax filing

When you prepares your Massachusetts States taxes, there will be a Massachusetts Credit Section.  From this page, you will select Business Related non-Refundable Credits>lead paint credit. Once entered, the credit will appear in Schedule CMS of your Massachusetts state return with the information recorded such as period end date, certificate number, the credit available etc.  There will be no Schedule LP as the Schedule CMS supersedes Schedule LP.
