State tax filing
If you lived in New York but worked remotely in Pennsylvania, then you don't have to pay tax or file a return in Pennsylvania. I believe that is why your W-2 from Pennsylvania is reporting your income having been earned in New York. You would only need to pay tax in Pennsylvania if you were physically there while performing services.
