Hi, I am mailing my VA return. I am not claiming a refund, nor do I owe any VA tax. Do I need to mail a copy of my Fed return as well? I have requested a 6-mth extension for my fed return because I am excluding my foreign income via the physical presence test - so do I mail the copy of my fed return even if I'm not going to be submitting that for another few mths? thanks
