I am filing as a nonresident of New York where I earned income for part of the year. Why is my state income including income from all states when calculating the NY tax?

My NY state income tax calculator is including income from NY & TX when I only lived in TX for the year.  It should only calculate tax on the portion of income I earned in NY, right?
