The car is registered in Fairfax County. With a $39k assessed value, I have to pay roughly an annual $1400 personal property tax bill. I'm considering moving out of Fairfax County VA and want some input on how much. I wouldn't own an real estate in that state, and I also I prefer to move to a state with no income tax.
I'm not sure how much car registration fees I will need to pay in these counties and how much insurance will be affected.

Montgomery County, MD. Closest county to where I live. Same income tax of 5.75% and no personal property tax.
Orlando, FL. No income tax and no personal property tax.
Travis County Austin, TX. No income and no personal property tax.
