Just tried to download the state tax portion of TurboTax 2022. Downloaded both VA and DE since I moved to DE in the middle of the year ($40 to download to the DE state tax program). I get a message that Your software is up to date. But it appears that the two state products never installed because when I go to run the VA state taxes, it wants me to download it again. I am caught in a loop. Anyone have any suggestions how to fix this issue?
