State tax filing
Assuming that you're not in the military, and assuming that you literally moved your main home from one state to the other (as opposed to keeping your main home in one state and living temporarily in the others with the intent of returning home), you would file a part-year resident tax return in both Georgia and Utah. Your earnings as a GA resident are taxable by GA; your earnings as a UT resident are taxable by UT. FL has no income tax.
ALL your income is of course taxable on your federal return.
**Answers are correct to the best of my ability but do not constitute tax or legal advice.
