State tax filing
You file a part year resident Georgia return and a part year resident Utah return. Florida does not have an income tax, so you do not pay state tax (to either UT or GA) on the income your earned or received while a FL resident.
You will only pay state tax on the income your received while a UT & GA resident. The state forms may require you to report, all your income for the year. But, then you allocate your income for the time period received; so that you only pay tax on the income received while a resident.
