I received a letter from the State of MA that I was audited and owe them money. I have been trying to talk to someone online and on the phone about this. All the phone numbers associated with Turbo Tax go to Canada. There is no U.S. contact. I submitted several requests for help via the online chat and never received a phone call.
I want to talk to someone directly about this. The payment they're requesting is due by December 28.
Please don't give me phone numbers to call because they don't work. I want to talk to a real person in the U.S.
