There is nothing special about being a first time filer. The TurboTax (TT) software should be able to handle filing your return. Follow the interview carefully. If your only income is wages shown on a W-2, you should be able to use the online free version of TT. Start there. The interview will tell you if you need to upgrade.
Otherwise, as others have said, provide more details of your tax situation.
