If you actually (physically) worked in Mississippi, the in the Personal Info section of TurboTax enter FL as your State of Residence and indicate that you had Other State Income from MS.  This will prompt the program to generate a non-resident MS tax return.  Income you earn by working in MS is subject to MS income tax.  The fact that your employer is based in TN is irrelevant.  You are taxed based on where you actually worked, not on your employer's location.

 

Florida Form DR-405 is not an income tax form.  If it applies to you, then you submit it to your local county property appraiser.  This web reference explains:
